With a background in medical sales and a lifelong exposure to both healthcare and business, Kaley founded Refresh Bar with the vision of making high-quality, personalized wellness accessible in a modern, welcoming environment.
Kaley is deeply involved in the day-to-day growth and evolution of Refresh Bar, working closely with the clinical team to ensure services are evidence-based, thoughtfully curated, and aligned with the highest standards of care. Her entrepreneurial journey is supported by her husband, Bryan, whose encouragement and partnership have played a meaningful role behind the scenes.
Outside of Refresh Bar, Kaley is a proud mom to her son, Rowan, and values balance, growth, and wellness both personally and professionally. Her hands-on leadership and commitment to intentional, high-quality care are at the heart of everything Refresh Bar represents.
Amanda Berg
Director of Nursing Operations, RN, Refresh Bar Inc.
Amanda Berg is a Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing Operations at Refresh Bar, where she plays a key role in shaping clinical care, protocols, and the overall patient experience. She is deeply knowledgeable in wellness and aesthetic medicine and is known for her commitment to staying current through ongoing research, education, and industry advancements.
Amanda consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive the highest level of care possible. She thoughtfully evaluates new treatments, protocols, and best practices on a daily basis to deliver safe, effective, and personalized care. In addition to her leadership role, she also provides cosmetic injection services with a careful, patient-first approach.
Outside of the spa, Amanda enjoys spending time with her puppy, Virgil, who keeps her busy and brings a little extra joy to her days.

Carla is a Registered Nurse with a background in pediatrics and labor and delivery.
